Health - One of God's greatest gifts!!!
As the years pass by so quickly during our earthly pilgrimmage, the value of good health becomes increasingly obvious. Although modern medicine has made great advancements in combating disease, our lifestyles and eating habits are literally killing us. The food we eat is so processed that we no longer receive the nutrients that once benefited hundreds of generations before us. For an excellent article about this subject, read "Do Not Eat the Bread of Idleness" by Sue Becker.
It is our conviction that we have strayed from our Creator's original intention for our health. We believe in "alternative" medicine, but we are not "against" doctors. However, we do believe that many of our physical afflictions are nutritionally related. We hope that this page will provide you with helpful links to assist you in seeking a "better way" of life.

We were blessed one day to discover an amazing (and nearly free) homemade beverage called Kombucha Tea! It is a fermented tea that has been drunk for centuries in Russia, China, Korea, and Japan, with amazing results! Check out the links below for more information:
The first place you'll probably need to visit is the Kombucha FAQ Page. Colleen Allen's web site has tons of information and lots of links to great articles. You can even learn how to join the "Kombucha Mailing List." It was through this list that we got our first "babies" through a list member in Minneapolis.
There are several places on the Internet from which to order a starter kit. Just do a Google search for "kombucha starter kit" (use the quotes).
