You Can Farm!
The Entrepreneur's Guide
to Start and $ucceed in
a Farming Enterprise

You Can Farm is one of the best books you'll read on any subject, not just farming. Salatin's sage advice on basic life skills (debt, sacrifice, discipline, being a good neighbor, etc) alone is the worth the price of the book. In addition, his model for sucessful farming is well thought out and clearly presented. It has given us vision and hope for the future in our own farming enterprise!
In Pastured Poultry Profits Joel Salatin puts into words what many of us are looking for...a cost effective way to "get back to nature" by farming, and providing healthy food options at the same time! His unique approach to ideas will get your imagination going. This book would be great for anyone interested in purchasing homegrown produce and meats, and anyone wanting to try their hand at raising them. Very practical.
