There was a question using the management console for log files. You had to enable logging and then change the file size to 4MB for the default WWW site and the default FTP site. This question was unclear as to which site they wanted it done for, so I did both.

There was an MMC question on error codes. You had to enter the correct path to the error code. It went something like this "C\custom error file" Use this file for error code 404.

There were 10 MMC simulation questions and 3 to 4 exhibit questions.

One question asked you to use the MMC to limit the number of connections to 10 for a Web site.

There was an MMC question where you had to create 2 web sites. They supplied the IP addresses , web site name and directory. The IP addresses were already there, you just had to browse and click on them.

There was an MMC question on changing the port number on your FTP site.

There was an MMC simulation question on creating a virtual directory on a web site that points to a folder on a WIN 95 machine. It used a unc path. They supply the path and you plug it in.

The key to passing this exam is practicing with the MMC and knowing the material. One thing I used to help myself was writing the question down before I started the MMC simulation. This saved time and allowed me to go through the details of the question while I was looking at the simulation. Good Luck.
